QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess basic literacy and math skills. Detail oriented, good people skills and the ability to follow-up. Desire to learn and advance. Neat personal grooming and appearance with pleasing manner and interpersonal skills. Ability to deal pleasantly and patiently with customers and coworkers. Able to handle stressful situations for short periods of time. Able to stand for long periods of time.
ORIENTATION
Be knowledgeable of and responsible for the current Company policies and procedures as they relate to the job description. During the initial 90 day training/orientation period, the employee will gain this knowledge via training by qualified Company staff members, continuing education, off site training and/or independent study of the policies and procedures manual. Employee competency in Company policies and procedures will be certified, in writing, by a supervisor or other qualified/designated individual.
ONGOING EDUCATION
Appropriate onsite and online training will be provided dealing with current company procedures and policies.
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES
The Insider is responsible for handling individual inside job duties as instructed by the manager in charge. This includes but not limited to, counter, phones, sheet-outs, make-line, cut & box, salads, food prep. Reports to Manager.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES & REQUIREMENTS
This position requires minimal physical strength, may need to lift 25 lbs. occasionally. An individual can expect to stand for prolonged periods of time. Must have average visual acuity to perform daily job requirements. Must have average hearing to receive ordinary verbal communication. There are regular repetitive motions using hands, wrist, and fingers. Must be able to convey verbal commands and instructions frequently. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, it is possible that requirements may be modified to reasonably accommodate disabled individual.
