Job Responsibilities

As an Order Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for processing incoming Commercial and Residential orders into sales order, create invoice and shipping labels through Quick Book, and provide customer service / support.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Order Processing and Invoicing. Typical duties: email customer order acknowledgment upon receiving purchase order. Process order according to LEDI Training Material and Standard Operation Procedures. Notify customer with any discrepancies, document any changes of order in QB and for order packet. Creating invoice and shipping label once the order is pulled and packed.
- Customer Service / Support. Typical duties: responds to customers’ various inquires promptly and professionally over phone and or via emails. Proactively reaching out to customer with back orders and problem with shipments via phone or email.
Other responsibilities include:
- Packing and shipping products and materials
- Preparing products for shipping
- Performing a variety of tasks within a distribution shipping environment
- Verifying inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock
- Investigating discrepancies and adjusting errors
- Working under general supervision
- Previous Warehouse experience, preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using proper safety methods
- Must have consistent and reliable means of transportation
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
