About this job
Escapes Fence & Deck, is looking to hire a new crew member/laborer. Looking for a responsible, hard working person with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate is excellent at following directions and pays attention to detail. Experience in fence construction a plus, but willing to train the right person. Must speak fluent English. This is a labor position, and does require heavy lifting. Position requires reliable transportation to our Lake Stevens shop. Crews work 8+ hours a day, Monday-Friday. Our crews work rain or shine, so you must be prepared to work outdoors in any weather. Paid holidays. We are a growing company, so there is growth potential for a motivated person.
