Business Development Associate:
We need someone who is not afraid to work the phone targeting a customized list of large prospects. With the goal of identifying decision makers and preparing business proposals to win large accounts in the healthcare industry. We have outstanding customer service and marketing teams at your fingertips helping assist in the prospecting process. Ongoing coaching and development by all levels of management help ensure you have everything you need to be successful!


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize our databases and the internet to identify large account opportunities
  • Calling prospective customers to identify new sales leads and opportunities
  • Build value in our company and products
  • Calling both warm and cold leads to identify and create opportunity
  • Strategic Prospecting. It’s not just about the quantity of calls you make, but the quality. You must be able to adapt your strategy on the fly using the knowledge and development provided to you
  • Hit goals and metrics that are consistent with the position
  • Must be professional at all times, upholding MedPro's core values, while working in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Eager to learn and execute consultative sales strategies
  • Team Player
  • Active Listening
  • Willing to pound the phone on cold, warm, and hot leads
  • Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce preferred) but not necessary
  • Proficient with technology is a must
  • Positive attitude!
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Adaptability
