A local community bank in the Viroqua area is seeking a Loan Processor. This is a full-time and permanent career opportunity with a family owned banking ground that is committed to serving their community. The Loan Processor plays an intricate role in the day to day operations of the bank.
Responsibilities for this position would include:
- Preparation of loan documents
- Data entry of loans
- Processing of loan payments
- Documentation of files
- File reviews
- Lien filings
- Monthly reporting
Desired Attributes:
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Familiarity of regulations (FDIC & State)
- Previous banking experience
- Knowledge of secondary market loans
- Strong communications skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidentiality
