Through our Leadership Development Program, candidates will be trained for an impactful leadership role in Human Resources. Candidates will begin the program by completing a 5 month training phase, and will then occupy the role of Human Resources Coordinator, in addition to a restaurant manager role. The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with talent acquisition, on-boarding new team members, and maintaining basic HR functions of the business.

Program Incentives

Program Qualifications

  • Candidate must be 18 years of age.
  • Candidate must be able to make a 24 month commitment.
  • Candidate must be able to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
  • Candidate must have consistent Saturday availability.  The ideal candidate will have open/flexible availability throughout the week.
  • Candidate must have demonstrated leadership skills specific to Human Resources/Talent Acquisition through previous work experience, education, and/or personal/professional references.
