Hospitality Manager - Full-time / Part-time

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for:

• Delivering a “REMARK”able and fast experience for all guests
• Coaching the behaviors of all Team Members who work Front Counter & Drive-Thru.
  • Those behaviors include:
• Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
• Cash management best practices
• Proper bagging to ensure accurate service
• Maintaining a clean and organized workplace
• Sense of urgency to deliver the fastest service possible
• Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all members of the Front Counter and Drive-Thru.
• Aligning daily practices of the Front Counter & Drive-Thru with the vision of the organization and with the goals of the leadership team
• Identity, promote and develop potential leaders
• Conduct final interview and approve hiring of Team Members
• Proper dismissal of Team Members when necessary
• Complete weekly schedule
