PVCC seeks a part-time administrative assistant/receptionist for the PVCC Eugene Giuseppe Center in Greene County. The work hours will vary according to the college needs, but will generally work Monday through Thursday 3 pm – 10 pm providing front desk receptionist duties, telephone support, and excellent customer service to students, faculty and the community. This position has high interaction with faculty, students and the public as well as all other offices at the College on the main campus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide front desk receptionist duties and telephone support on multi-line telephone
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty and the community
  • Provide assistance with online college application and course registration information
  • Assists with the online processing of payments for credit and noncredit tuition
  • Assists students and instructors with routine operational and technical issues, computer maintenance and troubleshooting routine problems in both the instructional classrooms and the computer lab

 

Wage: $14.37 per hour
