The Affiliated Group is seeking a highly motivated Client Services Representative with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We want you to join our team!

Basic Function: Acts as a primary contact for client relations and overall account maintenance. Expand relationships with current clients. Mitigate risk through understanding and compliance of regulations.

Major Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Communication with client base through email, phone, and client specific websites sites.
  • Process daily placement of accounts received from client base, report updates to the client regarding placements, daily communication of placements to management.
  • Process and handle disputes received from debtors in compliance with company policy, and per regulations at the federal and state specific level.
  • Handle account questions or issues presented by the agents.
  • Open and process all incoming mail, other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1 or more years call center/contact center experience preferred.
  • 1 or more years of collections experience preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to work well in a fast paced environment and be extremely dynamic.
  • Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word required.
