Quick Serve Restaurant Team Members

A counter-serve restaurant serving Hawaiian style poke bowls, frozen yogurt based bowls, and specialty drinks.

Food Prep

• Following recipes accurately and maintaining food preparation such as cooking, marinating, seasoning, and grilling meats; cutting and slicing vegetables
• Preparing food throughout the day as needed
• Maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing and cooking food
• Food Safety Certification preferred

Other Duties

• Keep work area clean a free of spills and food
• Following sanitation standards including washing cookware and utensils throughout the day
• Cleaning equipment, as assigned, thoroughly and in a timely fashion according to Boku sanitation guideline

Requirements:

• Warm, friendly personality
• An ability to speak clearly and listen
  attentively to guests and other employees
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as a team
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to be trained in all areas of the kitchen and line
• Experience is not required, but an eagerness to learn is a must!
