About this job
Apartment community in Okemos is looking for an experienced, full-time maintenance tech. Responsibilities include completing general apartment maintenance, unit turns, and general grounds keeping. Candidate must be experienced in general apartment maintenance, have basic working knowledge and experience in general plumbing, carpentry, electrical, maintenance. Applicant must have tools, transportation, and live within a 30 minutes of the property located at 4568 Blackstone Trail Okemos and be available to part of an on-call rotation. Must be available to start immediately. Hours are Monday through Friday 8 to 5.
