Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Service Representative position in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  This is a temp to perm opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for assisting customers with varying levels of questions, inquiries, or requests either by email or inbound calls.  Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:

• Interact with customers via telephone to provide information 

• Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues           

• Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken   

• Refer unresolved customer issues to designated call center department or supervisor for resolution                                                       

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED          

• 6 months’ previous customer service or call center experience

• Must be computer literate - Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear and calm matter

The client is offering flexible full-time hours! Pay for this positon is 10.75/hr.
