Auntie Anne's Hand Rolled Soft Pretzels is looking for a General Manager for our Logan Valley Mall location. Qualified candidates must possess previous experience, as well as strong character, high energy, commitment to quality, and an eagerness to learn and teach. As a foundation for your leadership, you will need to be able to fulfill and enforce Auntie Anne's Threefold Philosophy of fresh, hot pretzels; friendly, courteous service; and a sparkling clean store. Physical Demands of the Job:

Must be able to perform the tasks outlined above ("Essential Duties"); must be able to stand for long periods, work with agility, and occasionally work long hours; must be able to see, hear, and speak (for communication and safety); must be able to test products by taste, color, and smell; must be able to manage occasional periods of stress with composure and control; must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
