Major responsibilities include: 

• Assure that all food procedures are followed
• Become familiar with new menu items
• Performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as but not limited to dish washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout shift in various food preparation & service areas in the kitchen
• Handling all foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.
• Follow all sanitation guidelines
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
