Sales Associate - Full-time / Part-time

Our sales team represents our brand to the community. To be a part of our team, we look for individuals who take initiative, strive to make a difference, and are committed to superior customer service. The sales team takes an active role in maintaining and developing existing and new client relationships, including following up to ensure complete customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience - ensuring our customers feel comfortable, knowing that they can trust our products and services.
• May be asked to sweep, clean, and rearrange product throughout the day to ensure a clean environment that drives customer sales.
•  Provide detailed information regarding flowers and gifts to educate customers - our sales team serves as the experts to our customers as to how to care for their flowers and plants and what is appropriate for all occasions.
• Enter orders in point of sale system and ensures 100% accuracy when taking orders
• Comply with all company policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Support and assist team members on as needed basis.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance at all time.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATION:

• Service mentality; is sociable and friendly and has a genuine desire to serve the client.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Accurate spelling and communication with customers regarding the same.
• Self starter who is energetic and flexible.
• Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Forms strong working relationships within team.
• Able to work weekends.
• Able to pass a drug test upon employment.
