Cheese Department Manager

Job Summary

The primary purpose of the Cheese Department Manager is to be responsible for the total operations of the Cheese department and management of employees, which includes hiring, induction, coaching/counseling, training/skill development and performance management.

The Cheese Department Manager selects, prices and merchandises the Cheese department to meet objectives for sales, margin, inventory turns and customer service.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 years’ experience in Cheese department preferred.
