We are a relatively small and close knit company and look forward to welcoming a new member to our team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, professional and capable of managing their responsibilities within a team environment.   Specifically, we are looking for a full time, permanent Inside Sales Representative for a Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm position. The salary is $15 per hour and benefits include major medical, dental and vision insurance as well as paid holidays and vacation time. Benefits become active upon successful completion of 90 day probationary period. We are conveniently located in Boca Raton near I-95 and Yamato.   Job Outline:   Interact with customers primarily by telephone to answer any product questions they may have, process orders or requests for repair assistance. Aid in troubleshooting malfunctioning equipment in a positive, friendly manner to ensure overall product satisfaction. Carefully document all customer contacts (via phone, email etc) to maintain history of account.   Place outbound phone calls to follow-up with customer orders, gauge satisfaction, answer any product questions or provide general tips. Outbound calls are also used to train new customers on how to use our products and keep them informed about techniques and product specials.   Receive incoming calls for orders, product questions and equipment malfunctions. Assist customers in a courteous, professional manner, resolving all issues efficiently and effectively.   Sales experience a MUST: Possesses the ability to sell and up-sell over the telephone and consistently follow up with potential clients.   Communicate effectively and coordinate with various internal departments - production, fulfillment, and creative. Maintain accurate records on all accounts.     Requirements: The ideal candidate is an energetic, hardworking team player, who is passionate about delivering world class customer service with excellent phone communication, organizational, and data entry skills. High school diploma plus at least one year of general business experience that includes customer contact and a solid track record of reliability. Sound knowledge of customer service principles and practices and effective administration procedures. Must be computer literate with Microsoft skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Must possess good keyboard/data entry skills (speed and accuracy). Good communication skills and analytical ability.
