Line Cook and Cashier- Top Round Pays Top Dollar - Full-time / Part-time

Top Round Roast Beef is a growing fast casual restaurant seeking a friendly team player to add to the team.  Top Round was founded by chefs and fine dining fanatics who wanted to make real, tasty food, fast.  All positions are available. I will pick shift leads from this pool of people. 

BOH

Daily Responsibilities: Prepare food Build menu items  Adhere to required health and safety standards Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen at all times

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Restaurant cooking experience                                                                                                    Able to work in a high pace environment Organized and clean with multi-tasking orientation Well-groomed appearance with short hair and clean-shaven, if male; both men and women, must keep hair under hat at all times  Must be able to stand, up to eight hours and be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work well as part of a team

FOH

Daily Responsibilities:

Greet customers Take walk-in and drive-thru orders Answer phones and take pick-up orders Promote specials and upsell Handle payments, including cash, credit and coupons Prepare frozen desserts and milkshakes Package to-go and delivery orders Clean dining area as required Expedite outgoing food from the kitchen window
