About this job
The Lewisville office of Automation Personnel Services is looking for a CNC Programmer with Leadwell experience for a client in the Lewisville area. The shift is Monday-Thursday 7am-4: 30pm and Fridays 7am-11am with optional overtime. Position offers $20-$30 depending on experience. Only experienced applicants need apply.
Ideal Candidate MUST have experience with:
Mastercam CNC Mill Programmer (Extensive experience & proficient)
SmartCam CNC Mill Programmer (Experience would be helpful)
3 & 5 Axis Programming
Solidworks
5 or more years of hands on machining experience
Qualified candidates should be able to set-up and operate 3 or 5 axis CNC equipment to achieve specified dimensions of close tolerances on a variety of parts. Plan, perform, and make decisions as to the sequence of set ups, operations and processes within the limitations of the recognized or standard methods and procedures. Must be able to read and interpret drawings and blue prints. Must be able to work in a quick turnaround/quick response environment. Must communicate well with others. Strong attention to detail, prioritization, strong sense of urgency and organization skills. Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters. Able to read and interpret prints including geometric dimension and tolerance. Able to use precision measuring equipment, calipers, micrometers, height gage, etc.
