Chick-fil-A of Seneca and Chick-fil-A of Clemson are looking for highly motivated business professionals to join our team. Chick-fil-A has been a leader in the quick-service food industry since its inception in 1946. Founded by S. Truett Cathy in Hapeville, Georgia, Chick-fil-A has grown to well over 2000 locations nationwide. We are currently hiring Director level positions for day and night shifts.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the coordination of all aspects of the restaurant business and operations

  • Work closely with the Operator to set goals for profitability of the business

  • Exhibit ownership in the restaurant through a growth mindset - Analyze Monthly, Weekly and Daily reports and provide timely and competent administrative management of sales, inventory, customer objectives, etc.

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market and industry trends

  • Manage the budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for the restaurant

  • Oversee the labor for a shift

  • Track sales, labor and productivity

  • Oversee inventory management and month end processes

  • Drive continuous improvement and assist marketing in efforts to increase transaction count

  • Promote unity among team members and leadership through effective and timely communication of vision, weekly events

  • Ensure guest focused mentality

  • Ability to engage in immediate problem resolution and short-term plans to correct critical issues

  • Meet weekly with Executive Leadership Team as a strategic partner
