Schedule:

  • Production: Day shift, Four Ten Hour Days, Weekend Day Required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle warm inbound/transfer calls from customers that are interested in buying
  • Read and Converse well in English
  • Type/navigate mouse while holding a conversation
  • Sit for long periods of time
  • Navigate multiple computer systems
  • Provide an outrageous experience for all clients by helping reshape/redefine their credit report
  • Connect with clients and provide solutions for accomplishing their dreams through improved credit worthiness
  • Maintain compliance with various regulations associated with credit repair services
  • Meet and exceed self-set sales goals

Qualification requirements:

  • Preferred experience working in a high volume sales environment w/ demonstrated success attaining and exceeding production goals
  • High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel
  • Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call center environment
  • Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and drive overall sales
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
  • High School Diploma or GED required
