Fast Casual Shift Manager - Full-time / Part-time

The Hourly Shift Manager is responsible for execution and management of all aspects of their Shift. Candidate must display a dynamic sales personality and possess strong organizational skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead team in welcoming guest with a loud "Welcome to Moe's" greeting.
• Preparing and serving food with a smile.
• Provide fast, friendly and accurate service to guests.
• Assist with managing team member performance with clear feedback, recognition
• Help establish and maintain community involvement and local marketing programs.
• Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards and regulations are obeyed.
• Instruct staff on cleaning of kitchen and dining areas to maintain sanitation standards, and keep appropriate records.
• Ability to resolve guest feedback about food quality or service.

Compensation: 

• Competitive Hourly Rate based off experience and performance
