Canine Transport Representative - Woofy Bus(R), LLC.

 

           

SUMMARY: 

 

The Woofy Bus(R) is a first of it's kind, transportation service for dogs that carries them to and from the Woofy Wellness Ranch(R).  Our Bus will provide convenient transportation for customer's dogs to our Ranch where they will have access to Off leash Daycare, Veterinary, Boarding, Grooming, Spa and Training services for dogs. 

 

We are looking for dynamic team members to help us expand our world class business; act as a key contributor to the business team to drive rapid growth nationally;  build and work within robust processes and systems that will support envisioned Company growth; problem solve to identify and implement best practices; Potential to become a Franchisee who will build their own profitable business 

 

 

BASIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:     

 

*         Front line representative of Woofy Enterprises to customers. 

*         Interact with customers and dogs in friendly, confident and professional manner, so as to represent the Company in a professional light

*         Load and unload dogs at identified Bus Stops and safely transport them to the Woofy Wellness Ranch(R)

 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

 

*         Using provided methods and materials, market the Woofy Bus(R) in a manner to attract new customers and fill the Bus to capacity each day

*         Safely operate the Woofy Bus(R) each morning and afternoon in a timely and efficient manner

*         Maintain and clean Woofy Bus(R) in a manner consistent with established procedures

*         "Role up your sleeves" and contribute across the organization as necessary

*         Ability to flourish in entrepreneurial environment.  Willingness and ability to take on whatever comes your way.

*         Be a champion of first rate customer service and ensure all interactions with customers are positive and enjoyable

*         Participate in and contribute to rapid expansion of operations

*         Ensure bus stops are maintained in a safe, clean and neat manner - No trace left behind

*         Be at identified stops with the Woofy Bus(R) on time each morning and afternoon

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

*         CDL driver's license

*         Experience in the canine care industry is preferred

*         Willingness to work directly with dogs in "hands-on" environment

*         Proven change management and continuous improvement skills.

*         Ability to be self-directed and motivated

*         Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment

*         Strong team player

*         Strong business acumen - preferred

*         Possess ability to successfully transition to Franchise Owner - preferred

*         Drug Testing program is in effect

 

 

EDUCATON:

 

*         High school diploma or equivalent

*         Training courses taken through the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) or American Humane Association (AHA) desired

*         Certifications from the, National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS) or Pet Sitters International (PSI) a plus
