Farmers Insurance Sales Producer **Base plus Commission** - Full-time

Success in this role is based on an individuals ability to master tonality and close the sale. We provide leads, all you need to do is close the sale. We have a service department as well so there will be minimal service work all you do is sell. We train you to become a closing machine. Must be or get licensed in Property & Casualty or Pass state exam for general lines prior to being hired. The proper insurance licensing to sell, solicit or negotiate insurance products as required by state statutes Experience with PC software applications, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer, etc. Proficiency with metrics and analytics The ability to coach others A valid driver's license You'll work as part of a team in an office setting.
