About this job

A Baking Assistant in Production is one of our Entry-Level Positions. A few examples would be placing dough balls on a screen before they get baked, removing baked bread from the screens or pans so they can be sliced or packaged, moving racks on wheels (kind of heavy) from place to place in the bakery, and finally stacking our full cases on a pallet so they can be moved into a gigantic freezer.

Here is what we are looking for:
We don’t require a High school diploma or GED but would always encourage you to move in that direction. It would be great if you can communicate in English with our Team Members (there is a lot information to be shared here). The work can get fast-paced so being adaptable to frequent changes on our production lines should be expected. There is lifting, sometimes heavy and you will be standing about 90% of your day. We may ask you to rotate a shift on occasion and (not that often) work on a holiday (we’ll make it worth your while).

We provide on-going training and development plans at all levels to prepare Team Members for growth and career advancement.
