Building Super Intendant to maintain 54 Unit building in uptown Manhattan.
Requirements
- Live in super intendant with general handyman skills.
- Must relocate and live in building.
- General understanding of plumbing for minor plumbing repairs. Change faucet, shower body, etc.
- General understanding of electrical work for minor repairs. Change fixture, light switch, etc.
- Able to sheetrock, tape and skim coat wall.
- Paint
- Maintain building.
- Keep building clean.
- Remove trash.
- Boilers license or willing to get a boilers license.
Additional Information
Salary $700 per week
Includes three bedroom apartment rent free
All utilities paid for - gas, electric & water
