Part-time position ranging from 12-24 hours
Job summary: To support the daily operations of the commissary kitchen.
Essential duties:
Wash dishes, pots & pans.
Sweep and mop commissary floor.
Remove trash and recycling and clean kitchen waste containers.
Receive and store deliveries according to set guidelines.
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware.
Wash, peel, and cut various foods, such as fruits and vegetables, to prepare for cooking or serving.
Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, and provide cooks with needed items.
