The goal of this leadership development program is to grow leaders while they are in college/grad school in a professional, successful business environment. This is a minimum 2 year paid leadership track. We are passionate about developing leaders of integrity who will go on to do great things within the Chick-fil-A family or in whatever field they go to serve in. Successful candidate should be a Director within the Restaurant Leadership team within 6 months. Candidate will get tactical experience in operations, marketing, hopsitality, logisitics, and quality control.

Closed Sunday’s All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

Requirements

Candidate will be pursuing or have obtained a Bachelors or Higher Degree.

Hospitality, Ministry, Culinary, or Retail Experience a plus.

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers, and developing others. Must exhibit a sense of urgency, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. We will teach you everything else you need to know.
