About this job
Responsible for the supervision of dining room service in the manner most pleasing to members and guests. Assure a high standard of appearance, hospitality, and service in personnel and cleanliness of dining room. Strong experience in banquet service preferred.

? B.A. or B.S. in Hospitality or Business a must.
? 2 to 3 years' experience in an F&B Managerial role in a Country Club environment.
? Ability to effectively interact with members, guests and staff.
? Strong food and beverage background, catering and exemplary training skills.
? Excellent leadership ability with highly visible, energetic and hands-on management style.
? Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
? Requires excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
? Understanding of Point of Sale system.
? Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
