Shift Manager Opportunities and Benefits:
- About 40 hours a week plus possible OT

Job Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- At least 1 year shift management experience
- Able to lift at least 50lbs
- Able to be on their feet for many hours
- Pizza experience preferred
- Work some Delivery Driver Shifts
- Reliable car
- Valid driver’s license for at least 2 years
- Proof of car insurance
- Great personality and work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills and coomunication skills
- Background check required
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Be professional with all Marco’s Pizza customers and employees
- Promptly handle all customer concerns by delighting each of our customers
- Open and close store according to Marco’s Pizza standards; including counting nightly inventory and cash control
- Willing to perform all Marco’s Pizza Shift Management functions and store operations
- Assist GM with Team Building
Physical Demands:
Applicant must be able to use their hands and arms repetitively, stand for extended periods of time, use their feet repetitively (specifically walking around), bend over, twist body and head, reach above shoulder level, kneel to ground level, push and/or pull, or move and/or lift up to 50 pounds. Occasionally, the applicant may need to push and/or pull, or move and/or lift over 50 pounds.
Hour Available:
- Day and Evenings are required
- Weekdays and Weekends are required
- We are closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
