ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regular Schedule- A variation between 8AM-5PM (Schedules do not change often, however, if business needs indicates a change it will be made)
Pay- $12-$12.50/hr
Qualifications
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum one year of customer service experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Excellent communication, telephone, organizational, problem solving skills
Strong PC skills including MS Word and Excel, and Lotus Notes
Ability to accurately type 35 wpm
