We are seeking full - time Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Agents to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. If you are able to listen to and resolve customer issues in a positive and professional manner, we have a career for you.

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:
• 0-2 years of call center/customer service experience
• High School Diploma/ GED
• Must have good computer skills and ability to type 25 WPM
• Have the ability to build rapport with the customer and explain product and service/product offerings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MUST BE Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Overview:

Do you have positive customer interaction experience?  Are you looking to be in an office environment?

We are currently seeking Entry Level Call Center Agents for our Plano Center of Excellence.  

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer questions or concerns
  • Gather data and document proper systems
  • Deliver World Class customer service
  • Multitask speaking with customers while operating computer systems
  • Ensure compliance of both company and client policies

Requirements:

  • High School or GED
  • 25 WPM Typing Average with 85% accuracy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • General PC knowledge
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Positive Customer Interaction experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
