About this job

DeltaTrak, Inc. has immediate openings in our Order Processing Department. The responsibilities of the Order Processing Clerk include electronic data entry of customer orders, answering incoming customer calls for placing orders, answering general Customer Service inquiries and directing callers to appropriate sales personnel, and general office filing.

Requirements

The qualified candidate will possess the following experience and skills:

  • 1-2 years experience in a Customer Service role
  • 1-2 years data entry experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Punctual, organized, and friendly attitude
  • Heavy Phones
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
