The Lewisville Office of Automation Personnel Services, Inc. Is seeking Customer Service Representatives to work in the Flower Mound, TX area. The ideal candidate will provide quality, professional and accurate assistance to vendor representatives through phone calls and email. This is a direct hire, full-time position with a pay rate of $11.50 per hour plus quarterly incentives. This position has regular work hours of Monday through Friday from 7am-4pm with the possibility of overtime and Saturday hours.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide courteous and thorough assistance to all customers
Interact with customers in response to inquiries, requests and issues
Handle all communications professionally and efficiently
Promote consistency in policies and procedures
Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customers
Able to work the hours needed to cover various geographic regions
Handle projects or assignments as required in support of overall team goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Three months (or more) related experience and/or training or equivalent combination
Basic computer skills
Able to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures and regulations
Able to draw and interpret bar graphs
High quality customer service skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
