Qualifications :

Ability to communicate with other staff members and customers.

Food safety knowledge and/or certification.

Good hand eye coordination.

Stamina to allow for long hours of standing on your feet and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds from storage.

Punctuality, must be on time and ready to work at your scheduled time.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Bartender : (Age 21+)

  • Prepares tables, rolling silverware, making sure condiments are refilled and performing other checklist tasks.
  • Staying updated on current menu, liquor, beer choices and specials.
  • Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
  • Prepares beer and liquor orders to Wings Etc. standards (SOP).
  • Answers phone for carry out orders and other calls.
  • Greets guest within 60 seconds of being sat at table/bar.
  • Promotes specials and programs.
  • Treats ALL guests in the restaurant as their own.
  • Deliver food and beverages.
  • Pre buss and bus tables.
  • Accurate use of POS system.

Server : (Age 18+)

  • Prepares tables, rolling silverware, making sure condiments are refilled and performing other checklist tasks.

Cook : (Age 17+)

  • Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils.
  • Prepare food to Wings Etc standards (SOP). Measure ingredients for items prepared accurately.
  • Ability to work on several different orders simultaneously.
  • Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
  • Operate large volume cooking equipment such as grills, griddles or deep fat fryers.
  • Read and understand food order instructions, read kitchen video systems, or receive verbal instructions from Bartender, server or manager and prepare/cook food according to instructions.
  • Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
  • Wash, cut and prepare foods designated for cooking.
  • Clean, stock and restock workstations and display cases.
  • Monitor and regulate temperatures of equipment.

Hostess : (Age16+)

  • Make sure all menus are wiped down, free of spots or stains and complete.
  • Make sure entry doors are clean, free of debris and inviting.
  • Greet guests, escort them to their table, pull seats out for ladies and present menus.
  • Communicates to servers when they have been sat.
  • Keep in constant contact with manager with wait list times. Indicates to guest number of tables in front of them.
  • Keep an eye out that the dining room, bathrooms, entryway and menus are kept clean throughout operations.
  • Say goodbye to all guests and check to see that everything was wonderful.
  • May prepare beverages and expedite food orders.
  • Assists servers/bartenders in bussing tables.
