Your Impact

• Assisting and impacting each candidate that pursues Chick-fil-a on Roxboro Road.
• Recruit and maintain all staffing needs.
• Collaborating to create and implement new policies/procedures.
• Assist in developing the leaders that you work beside and those that want to be leaders.
• Maintaining a work environment that ensures food safety.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or pursuing it.
• Passion for Chick-fil-A's values as well as our values as a store.

• Great organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Human Resource Law but not an expert.
