Job Title: RN/LPN - Full Time, 11p-7a - Nashua, New Hampshire

Description:

As a full time RN/LPN at Hunt Community one of the area's premier Life Plan Communities you can really care for your patients- and your thoughts, opinions and expertise will always be respected.You will be challenged by your job without being overwhelmed by it, and you will be instrumental in providing care to our residents.

Essential Functions:

* Document the resident's condition and nursing needs accurately and in a timely manner. Reports pertinent observations and reactions regarding residents to Supervisor and Physician as necessary.* Receives and records physician's orders.* Completes all appropriate assessments related to the residents status.* Completes record and reports on time as needed.* Documents care performed and observation of the resident status in clinical documentation.* Initiates, recommends and communicates and implements changes in residents' care plans* Administers treatments* Collect specimens as ordered* Provides oncoming shifts and supervisors with accurate and detailed resident status report. Maintains the 24 hour report book.* Develops work assignments for nursing staff as directed.* Assures compliance with policies and procedures.* Provides feedback and actively participates in performance appraisals as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Current RN/LPN Licensure in N.H.* Some supervisory experience desirable.
