**All Birthday Party Host Candidates must attend one Open Audition. Please reply to this job posting to sign-up for a session. Spots are limited.** (We promise you'll have fun!) At the Open Audition, you'll get to jump on the inflatables (yes, having fun is part of the job), organize games and activities with fellow candidates, and show that you have what it takes to be the most awesome team member EVER!

We are in business to deliver the coolest private kids' birthday parties and other great events. Our enormous inflatable playgrounds and stellar Party Pros deliver a unique experience that lets kids unleash their wild side and give the birthday kid rock star status.

Partying is serious business. The reality is that great parties don't throw themselves. Our team works hard to get every detail just right to make sure each party is memorable. As a Party Pro, you'll play a major role in pulling it all together. We are looking for a dynamic team member who has a passion for customer service and creating unforgettable experiences and memories for kids.

With birthdays being our primary business, parties are concentrated on the weekends, so you'll be expected to be available for weekend shifts. This is a part-time position.

What you'll do:

• Promise to give every kid the best birthday party EVER
• Assist with all aspects of throwing parties from set-up to clean-up
• Start each party (on time) with a BANG
• Make sure each guest has loads of fun...adults too!
• Entertain guests with birthday kid shout-outs, high-energy games, and inflatable relays
• Work directly with Party Hosts to make sure their expectations are exceeded
• Lead other events from holiday themed special events to summer camp

• Reliable mode of transportation is a must
• This is a tip based position meaning the hourly rate varies. An average hourly rate range is $10.75-$12.75 per hour including tips.
