We are seeking highly motivated individuals who can work with little direction and are comfortable working with the most up-to-date technology. Applicants should have the ability to work nights and weekends if needed, and they should possess the skills necessary to handle complex issues with speed and accuracy. Previous Chick-fil-A or drive-thru experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• The candidate will work under the direct supervision of the unit Drive-Thru Director to ensure all daily drive-thru expectations are being executed.
• Lead a team of 5-15 team members.
• Maintain essential drive-thru equipment.
• Oversee and assist the training and growth of new and current team members while identifying and training potential leadership candidates.
• Help to maintain a positive work environment for our team and our guests.
