Providence is calling a Respiratory Therapy Assistant to Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA.
We are seeking an experienced individual to assist the Respiratory Therapy department with its day-to-day functions.
In this position you will:
* Perform equipment set-up, changes, and maintenance.
* Be the patient and family contact.
* Perform other clerical and errand duties.
Required qualifications for this position include:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Knowledge of basic medical terminology, reading, writing and basic math skills.
* Knowledge of basic PC skills.
* Good communication skills.
* Basic Life Support (CPR) certified.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
* Knowledge of respiratory care and equipment preferred.
