Telephone Customer Representative
Responsibilities: Must be detail oriented, results driven, willing to crosstrain.
Hours: Primarily nights and weekends
Job duties: Greet customers, take orders, suggestive sell, upsell, help in other areas

Requirements
Flexible part time hours available weekday evenings, any on weekends.
- A friendly person who is comfortable talking on the phone who can communicate to our customers that their orders and concerns are our number one priority. Ability to help solve customers’ problems is an essential part of the job.
- Knowledge and enthusiasm about our menu and items with a desire to share that with customers. Explaining special offers and suggestive selling is required. Ability to understand the importance of order accuracy.
- Have a positive attitude and understand the need to be on time, always. Thrive as part of a team, is detail oriented, and has fun at work.
