This position is responsible for installing, troubleshooting and maintaining hardware for the company under the direction of the IS Director. This position will assist with the design, implementation, and ongoing support for the information systems in all locations, help ensure existing current computer systems are kept up-to-date through operating systems upgrades, and release versions, extending the life of the systems. This position will provide technical support either by phone, remote access or site visits as needed.

This position requires a minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in hardware maintenance, software and networking experience. Network, Information Systems or computer related Associates Degree or certifications in related field required. Knowledge of computer hardware and application software a must. Experience in desktop operating systems including Windows 7, 8, and 10.
