VAPR Construction is a new and fast growing construction company based out of Stafford Virginia with excellent customer service and quality workmanship. We are seeking experienced Craftsman with a variety of home improvement skills to support the growth of our business. We are a small team that is growing very quickly and seeking motivated individuals that want to get on the ground floor and be part of something big.

We are looking for employees with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of multiple trades. You must also display solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with fellow employees, management, and office personnel.

Responsibilities

Bathroom and Kitchen Finish Carpenter has expertise in multiple types of home repair, maintenance and remodeling. You must have construction skills, be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude.

Looking for a Tiler and Finish Carpenters that are proficient in:

General Carpentry - Rough and Finish

Bathroom Remodeling ( Great Knowledge of laying out tile and setting all kinds of stone material)

Kitchen Remodeling (Cabinetry and Decorative Trim)

Painting Interior and Exterior & Drywall

Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge

Flooring Installation (Wood and Tile)

All candidates must possess the following skills:

Knowledge of Building Codes

Material Management

Great Customer Service and Client Relations

Requirements

Must have current driver's License and Insurance

Must have tools, work vehicle, and good references

Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades

Must pass screening process which includes a background check

Must have access to smartphone to utilize company app for time clock, materials used, etc.
