The Supply and Transportation Business Process Lead is responsible for partnering with the Demand, Supply, and Transportation Planning teams, IT team, and the business to deploy, maintain, and improve the systems for the overall supply chain. This includes full lifecycle of software development/implementation ensuring all business process needs are accomplished. The BPL will provide support to end users, troubleshoot system issues, end-to-end process development, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. This position will also partner with the operational excellence team to understand future strategies, initiatives, and help to accomplish goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work with solution teams on definition of solution requirements and designs.
* Partner with functional leadership teams to ensure that the business processes are aligned to clearly defined business results
* Lead integration, end-to-end testing, and development activities to ensure that process, solution, and training is complete
* Responsible for supporting end users including training, documentation, master data integrity, and system support
* Continuous Improvement by relentlessly seeking, sharing, and adopting best practices across the Coca-Cola system and industry to move business results
* Identify key business indicators and assist in data analytics to measure business results
* Promotes a work environment that fosters creative thinking, innovation, and rational risk taking
* Builds and maintains relationships across organization to enable communication, leadership, and foster collaboration
* Ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written and listening skills
* Champion change management as solutions develop, improve, and evolve
* Some travel required (25%-50%)


SKILLS
* 5+ years in roles requiring the understanding of end-to-end supply chain interdependencies of production, capacity planning, scheduling process, inventory management, material flow, supply and transportation planning
* Working knowledge of forecasting, transportation, distribution operations, sales, and operating expense improvement
* Able to provide recommendations contributing to short and mid-term tactical planning process improvement across multiple distribution centers driving improved system results
* Capability to manage highly complex and technical issues constructively and decisively across enterprise
* Strong analytical skills
* Integration between systems
* Preferred experience in SAP - ECC, APO, CIF, DP, PPDS, SNP, TMS
* Lean, Six Sigma, APICS, or OE certification or equivalent experience is a plus
