Typical duties you could expect in the role, but is not an exhaustive list:
-Assist clients with full range of personal hygiene, including shower/baths
-Help with transferring
-Assist with walking/ambulating, including the use of walkers and wheelchairs
-Give medication reminders
-Errands and/or accompanying to appointments
-Light housekeeping and laundry
-Meal/snack preparation and assistance with eating when appropriate
-Companionship

-High school diploma or GED
-Ability to carry out directions, verbally communicate with clients and staff, read and write.
-Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.

Preferred Qualifications:
-6 months experience as a companion or personal care
-Certified Nursing Assistant/CBRF (Medication Administration)

Must be able to drive to designated city. Pass drug screen and clear background check
LIFTING REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to perform the following tasks if necessary:
* Ability to participate in physical activity
* Ability to work for extended period of time while standing and being involved in physical activity
* Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
* Ability to do extensive bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis.
