About this job
The purpose of the Runner position is to pick up food as soon as the cook or Chef finishes the order, and deliver the food to the dining guests. Runners also assist guests by filling/refilling beverage orders, and removing dirty dishes as diners complete each course. and gracious manner. When guests have finished their meals, the Busser’s job is to ensure that empty tables are ready to receive new guests by propertly preparing and resetting tables.
