Who You Are & WhatYou'll Do
Maintain, monitor and repair facilities/manufacturing equipment toensure their reliable and safe operation
Plan,perform and/or oversee preventive maintenance on equipment
Plan andperform routine system evaluations of mechanical equipment, identifyingperformance trends or issues and recommending course of action
Resolveequipment malfunctions by evaluating performance breakdowns, identifying rootcause and taking corrective action
Design andfabricate changes to equipment to enhance process performance
Interpretand ensure compliance with building codes and regulations on projects
Participateon project teams comprised of Engineering, R&D personnel, contractors andvendors to introduce new processes and/or equipment
Draftprocedures and manuals for preventive maintenance of process systems andequipment
Ensurecompliance with GMPs and safety policies while planning and completing projects
Ensure that ourrequired safety practices are being followed always by contractors performingwork
Active participationand development in WCM methodology
Developand conduct training modules
WhatYou'll Need To Succeed
Must have high schooldiploma or equivalent
Strongmechanical troubleshooting skills required
Weldingand fabricating skills strongly preferred
Knowledgeof regulatory codes sufficient to ensure compliance with industry and companystandards
Basicproject management skills sufficient to effectively work cross-functionallywith other departments to adhere to time lines
* Ammonia engine room experience including compressor maintenance,valve repair/rebuilds, pipe and insulation maintenance, and safe operation HIGHLY PREFERRED
