Weekend Client Care Coordinator
We are seeking a professional and caring individual to represent us in the community. The position involves working directly with Aging Adults, CAREGivers and concerned family members as well as community professionals and dedicated employees. Must have the ability to work independently.Responsibilities
- Perform Introductions
- On call for service inquires
- Instructing and assisting CAREGivers
- Coordinating Care
- Ability to work independently
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Must be flexible on the weekends
- Problem solve
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
- High School Diploma
- Preferably experience in a human services position and/or having worked with seniors
