About this job
Land Sports Guides host and instruct our guest while operating our many zip-lines, adventure courses, climbing area, and other land based outdoor activities.
-Assist guest on and off any of our various courses
-Maintain and insure the safety of guest at all times
-Assist and instruct guest in the proper use of equipment and courses
-Greet guest and answer questions in a positive and friendly manner
-Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
-Perform other duties as assigned
-Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required

Job Requirements
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
-Attention to detail, good decision making, and safety consciousness are a must
-Previous ropes course experience is very helpful, but not required
-Must be comfortable working at heights up to 120 feet
-Good oral communication skills and ability to speak in front of large and small groups
-Ability to take direction and work without direct supervision
-You must have the physical, visual, and auditory ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
Physical Requirements
-Standing up to 4+ hours per shift
-Bending, leaning and kneeling on a regular basis
-Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
-Must be able to work in an outdoor environment where climate constantly changes
