Line Cook - Full-time / Part-time

So now that we’ve piqued your interest, your role will be to: 

• Prepare and cook our delicious menu offerings with a standard of excellence 
• Follow portion control, quality identifiers, and prep recipes 
• Execute same-ticket order coordination to ensure items finish at the same time 
• Champion food safety by strictly following all food safety guidelines and standards 
• Practices label, date, initial and rotate procedures 
• Stocks stations before and after each shift 
• Performs opening, closing and side duties as required 
• Run It Like You Own It, maintain a clean work area 

Seeking Candidates Who: 

• Have a minimum of 6 months previous experience cooking in a restaurant 
• Are at least 18 years old 
• Hold a Food-handler’s certification, as required 
• Demonstrate ability to work under pressure in a fast paced kitchen 
• Run It Like You Own It, maintain a clean work area
